These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and kub9 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform available at kub9.io (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.

• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited, depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed on your account.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Approved withdrawals are sent to your registered payment method within one to three business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational limitations. kub9 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• kub9 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Any charges levied by the receiving payment provider are the player's responsibility.

kub9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after real-money funds have been exhausted in any given game round, unless stated otherwise.

• It is the player's responsibility to verify that a bet or wager has been correctly placed before confirming. kub9 will not reverse a correctly placed bet on the grounds of player error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or live betting event, kub9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to the player's wallet.
• kub9 may impose maximum bet limits on any game or event at its discretion. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum limit may result in the excess stake being returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kub9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
